Featured Project: Sabine Pass Wetland Mitigation

APOLLO^® has been contracted to create approximately 67 acres of intertidal marsh at the future LNG facility terminal. The project consists of the following activities:

• Excavating, hauling and grading of approximately 320,000 cubic yards of soil for wetland construction
• Creating and grading of wetland marsh mounds, channels and ponds
• Fertilizing and planting of marsh vegetation
• Construction of flow control structures, including construction of vinyl sheet pile walls
• Initial, interim and final surveying of marsh area, flow control structures and stockpile areas
